5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Cut Construction Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

Our liability is limited to the specific scope of work outlined in the signed agreement between the client and Prime Cut Construction Inc.l.

6. Warranty

Prime Cut Construction Inc. provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in the signed project agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by third parties, environmental conditions, or unforeseen events
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or maintenance

7. Governing Law
